Custom Real Estate House Cookies

Looking for a place in Vancouver? IMG_5430 copy

Well friends, I have a realtor friend who might be able to help!

The cookie speaks for itself, literally!

So remember the DIY custom house cutter that I made in my last post? Well I used it to make these custom real estate house cookies, which basically turned out to be edible business cards! Love the idea of a custom edible business card and think its unique, smart, and would be appealing to clients.

This all started when a realtor friend of mine asked me to make some cookies for one of his open houses. It was a fun and challenging project because I don’t think I’ve ever piped that much writing detail on a batch of cookies – practice makes perfect! The cookies themselves were fairly simple to do – a white flooded background (tip 3), piped turquoise roof (tip 2), piped navy chimney (tip 2) and letter detail (tip 1).

I ended up wrapping these guys up into individual clear cello bags, similar to favours. Figured that it’d be easier and more sanitary for clients to just grab if they were walking around the open-house or whatever. Though these cookies were geared towards the real estate market, I’m sure this idea would work well for any type of business. At the end of the day, it’s basically another way to strategically market and get your name out there…  the more creative you are, the higher your chances that people will remember you.

So… Do something unique and get your name out there!
