Remember when I made chocolate ice milk?
This stuff is even better. Mocha.
- 2 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C sugar (for reduced sugar, replace 1/4- 1/3 of this amount with some alternative sweetener)
- 2 tbsp coffee granules
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Mix together sugar, coffee, and cocoa powder.
- Whisk dry mixture into 1 C milk. Mix until there are no lumps
- Add remaining milk and mix well.
- Freeze according to your manufacturers instructions
So simple, yet so good.
